Membrane Roofing

White PVC and TPO roofs are energy efficient and cost effective. The white reflective top layer of the 60 mil membrane helps to reflect the sun’s heat during the summertime keeping the inside of the building cool and reducing electric bills.
We have installed more PVC membrane roofs in Hampton Roads than anyone. National Roofing started doing these kinds of roofs in the late 1970’s and by 1990 had completely stopped installing the “old-fashioned” tar and gravel type of flat roofing. Tar and gravel roofs are dangerous to install, messy, and hard to maintain.

Metal Roofing

From decorative mansards and gables, to structural architectural roofing, National Roofing has some of the finest skilled metal craftsmen in the industry. We have done thousands of metal roofs and can provide the quality workmanship that can make your metal roof become a source of pride and joy.
A large selection of colors and manufacturers are available because, unlike other metal roofing installers, National Roofing can also fabricate metal panels using an in-house metal panel forming machine. We have several state of the art panel forming machines and we also use a computerized metal brake and shear system that provides perfectly straight edges to all our flashing and trim metal.

Shingle Roofing

National Roofing can handle all of your commercial shingle roofing needs including multi-family homes and commercial building projects.  As one of the few GAF Certified WeatherStopper Contractors in the region, we can offer GAF's full 50 year shingle warranty on select products.
In addition to GAF, National Roofing can install shingles from most of the top manufacturers in the country including Certaineed, Owens Corning, and others.  You can choose from 3-tab or architectural shingles in a variety of colors and lifespans.

Specialty Roofing

National Roofing is one of the few contractors in the area that can handle all of your "special order" needs.  We have professionally trained craftsmen who can install cedar shakes, Spanish tile, slate, and most any other specialty roofing product.  These roofs are extremely complicated and take the eye of a professional to ensure that they not only look beautiful, but perform well over time.
